We stayed here with Passport America. The showers and restroom were clean but could have used some updating. The staff was friendly. The ladies restroom is locked all the time and no key was offered at check in, but when I went to the office I was given one. The office has an area with a desk to sit and use wireless internet which is comfortable. You cannot get it from the sites. There are several permanent residents in the park with very old and run down trailers, but there are several spaces left for drop in ones too. The train goes through twice a night and is very loud. There are chickens running around and rooster waking you in the morning. Dogs are running without leashes.

Excellent park. Clean and private restrooms and showers. Owners helpful about area if you need information. Owners are the friendliest I have found in all of our travels. Level sites and easy access. Beach across the street. Casino shuttle. I highly recommend this park.

Very nice park. Laundry is spotless. Private Shower/restroom areas and spotless. Professionally run park. Cleanest and neatest park we have stayed at. Employees are friendly. Sites are quite private with shrubs/trees in between. Gravel on cement sites, level. This is the second time we have stayed here but the price has risen quite a bit in two years.

Best Park in Fort Stockton. Clean restrooms and showers with a tub in private rooms. Old but kept up well and neat. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on site with good menu for dinner and breakfast. Free wireless internet. Gravel sites and level. I would definitely stay here again. I have checked out other parks in Fort Stockton and they don't even begin to compare with this one.

Showers with restrooms are private. They are extremely clean. Relatively quiet park. Very friendly employees. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We only spent one one and used Passport for $17.50.

Friendly managers. Extremely clean bathrooms and updated. Grass pads. Over priced for just having grass and no level spot to park.

The managers were friendly, the showers and restrooms were clean. The store was well stocked with supplies. There were activities for kids. The sites were roomy but were not level. It was a quiet area.

We spent 4 nights at this park. The showers and restrooms are clean. The laundry is clean and has lots of machines that work well. There are two large pools that look clean and inviting another time of the year. The RV parking allows plenty of room on both sides, and is on gravel with some grass around. The grounds could use a bit more cleaning up after people leave. We had a pile of cigarette butts and burned trash remains in the grass where we were parked.

We chose this park because the website advertised free cable TV. The website also indicated this park had high Good Sam ratings, so we assumed we would get the Good Sam discount. When we checked-in we were told there would be a $3.00 charge for cable TV and that they did not give the Good Sam discount because they were not members. When I questioned the manager about the information for free cable TV and the information about Good Sam that was on the web site: she became argumentive. This park is located between railroad tracks and a highway and is very noisy. The restrooms and showers were clean but in run-down condition.

We found this site in our Passport America book. The manager was friendly. The shower and restroom had no heat. They were clean but primitive. The map on the Internet is misleading. Where it says to turn at "M" street it means Chicago Street.

The showers and restroom were clean. The hookups were terrible. Our first two assigned spots had broken handles on the water. The sewer was at the far back end of the sites. The water ended up under the trailer so we had to hook up before we backed all the way in. The power was also at the far back on the opposite side of most hookups.

We checked into this park for a week. The manager is very accommodating. The showers and restrooms are private rooms and very clean. We have stayed here before. The internet wireless internet can be reached all over the park. The laundry room has new machines and is very clean. The sites are spacious. I would recommend this highly to everyone. We used RPI for a discount.

The restrooms were clean but there were no towels or air dryer. The shower had the same black hair in it every day I used it, so apparently it had been overlooked during cleaning. Most of the sites are filled with "permanent" residents, and many are cluttered and not well kept, some with very old run down trailers. The person who checked us in was friendly. The park is located at a farm where riding lessons and events are held and could be great entertainment for kids.

We found this campsite using the internet. It apparently used to be called Bellaire Woods because that is the web site we found it on. The restroom/shower combination were clean but the showers are outdated. You have to keep pushing the button every few seconds to keep the water coming and the water never did get hot. The laundry is outdated but the machines work. The staff was friendly. There is a convenience store and service station that carries diesel at the park.

We found this park in our Passport America book. We requested a site near the showers and restrooms. It turned out the closest shower and restroom was across a well traveled road from the park. There was one restroom for women and one for men. They were both in terrible condition and there was no heat in either. There were some additional facilities by the office, but they were locked for the season. We were able to receive analog television and the wireless internet was good.

There are no restrooms or showers. This park is located behind a small store called Sam's. There is nothing there except approximately 7 spaces to park and connect to water, electric and sewer. This is a very noisy park as it is right on a busy road and trains went through the area. I would consider this park just a step up from dry camping.

The showers and restrooms were clean. It was a quiet park and the manager was friendly. It is located right next to hot springs pools that you can walk to.

WOW! These are the best RV park managers we have met in years of travel. The park is small and friendly. The restrooms and showers and grounds are CLEAN! We have traveled around the US and this is one of the best places we have ever found. First of all, The owners really care about their tenants. They were so accommodating when we pulled in. They showed us around the park, and showed us the laundry and shower/bathroom areas. All are immaculate! They treat their guests wonderful. The entire place is clean and well kept. I haven't seen the motel rooms, but have heard they are clean and immaculate. When I entered the park, the owner was there to greet us. We checked in and the check in area is similar to a 5 star motel. There is a great gift shop with hand made gifts as well as other gifts.. I just can't say enough good things about this place. No matter how I travel to this area again - RV or driving I will definitely try to get a place here in the RV park or the motel. The RV park is small and has 14 spots. I highly recommend this place.
